Admin Volunteer

We currently have a vacancy for a volunteer Admin Assistant to work in our friendly central Winchester office on Fridays from 9.45am to 2pm.
In this role you will:
- complete an introduction to Citizens Advice and training for your role.
- help with the day to day running of the Citizens Advice Winchester District service.
- process incoming and outgoing client emails, post and messages.
- proof read documents before sending to check for mistakes.
- print and scan documents using a printer.
- update spreadsheets and databases.
- other ad-hoc admin duties as may be required.
What skills do I need?
You should be IT literate with good admin skills/experience. Above all, you'll need to:
- be friendly and approachable.
- respect views, values and cultures that are different to your own.
- be a fast learner and have excellent attention to detail
- be willing to learn about and follow the Citizens Advice aims, principles and policies, including confidentiality and data protection.
- be willing to undertake training in your role.
