Volunteer Hairdresser

We are looking for qualified hairdressers, ideally with experience of working with young adults with additional needs to provide haircuts for those who are unable to access a salon or for full time carers that struggle with finding the time.

We are looking for qualified hairdressers, ideally with experience of working with young adults with additional needs to provide haircuts for those who are unable to access a salon or for full time carers that struggle with finding the time or finances to access a salon.

The role would be based at both our Little Havens Inpatient unit and travelling to patients homes across Essex.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What skills do I need?

 

·         A full clean driving licence (a copy will need to be taken for Havens Hospices to keep on file)

·         Qualified Hairdresser ideally with experience of working with young adults with additional needs

·         You will be in good health and have a responsible, reliable and mature attitude

·         Good communication skills
