Volunteer Charity Administrator – Fundraising

Southend YMCA is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Charity Administrator to provide vital support to our fundraising team.
This role involves a range of administrative duties, including managing emails, drafting thank you letters, answering phone calls, maintaining accurate records, assisting with scheduling, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the charity. Full training will be provided.
If you are organised, have excellent communication skills, and are looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity where you can make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.
This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the charity sector or for anyone who enjoys using their skills to have a positive impact in the community.
