We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with our annual fireworks event to be held once again in Admirals Park, Chelmsford on the Sat 7th November 2026.
The event is organised and run by us, Chelmsford Round Table, in order to help support our community. All the money raised goes back into the local community through grants and donations.
This event can only take place with the support of local volunteers like yourselves!
Specifically, we will need help manning the ticket gates, assisting members of the public with directions and marshalling. I hope you all can join us for our biggest fundraising event of the year.
Volunteer shifts available are:
- Saturday Evening Session: 16:00 - 21:00 (arrive for 15:45 for mandatory volunteer briefing at 16:00, gates @ 17:00, fireworks @ 19:30)
- Saturday Setup 09:00 - 16:00 (Lunch included)
- Sunday Morning pack down and litter pick: 09:00-12:00
We really do appreciate any support that you can give us, and even if you cannot make a full shift, please still put your name forward and let us know.
We ask kindly, that you get back to us by Fri 23rd October with full name, contact number and email, to ensure we can keep in contact with details ahead of the event.
Thank you.
