About the Role
As a Supported Living & Service Buddy Volunteer, you will provide one-to-one and general support to individuals who are living in HARP accommodation and transitioning away from homelessness.
This role focuses on building positive relationships, encouraging engagement, and supporting individuals to develop confidence, independence, and routine.

Key Responsibilities
• Building positive, professional relationships with residents
• Providing one-to-one support where appropriate
• Encouraging engagement with activities, appointments, and opportunities
• Supporting individuals in the community (e.g. attending activities or services)
• Helping to build confidence, independence, and daily routine
• Supporting staff with general tasks and activities
