Overall aim: to assist the Hospital Carer Support Advisor (CSA) in their role of providing support, information and advice to carers within  Broomfield and Braintree hospital settings.

Tasks:

· Help set up the information table as designated by Hospital Personal.

· Assist the Carers First CSA by talking to the public & Hospital Staff and informing them about Carers First services.

· Check In with the Hospital CSA before starting.

· Attend Carers First volunteer information & networking sessions.

· Ensure you comply with the policies and procedures set by Mid Essex Trust
