The Huw Johnson Club is a monthly social club for adults with a learning disability with about 20 members. Activities include bingo, crafts, discos and performances by choirs and bands as well as meals out and trips bowling. We meet on the third Thursday of the month from 7pm-8.45pm at St John’s Church Hall in Stansted.
VOLUNTEER: to help out with the set up and running of activities and supporting our members to participate in the various activities.
What skills do I need?
Suitable volunteers have an instant rapport with the members. Caring nature.
All volunteers to undergo a DBS check.
