You will provide emotional support and a listening ear via the telephone to those within our catchment area who are struggling with their grief.
Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to work remotely with people who may be in distress. Empathy and awareness of the impact of bereavement and loss, isolation and loneliness of the individuals you will be supporting
Reasonable IT literacy to operate App and email feedback from a St. Clare email address.
Ability to ask for help from the Team
