Minds to Media is seeking an Innovation & Pilots Lead to drive the design, development, and testing of new programmes and initiatives. This role will sit at the heart of our innovation work, turning ideas into practical pilots, testing approaches in real-world settings, and helping scale what works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of new programmes, pilots, and experimental initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for innovation aligned with organisational goals and sector needs
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate pilot projects to test new approaches
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to co-create and refine programme ideas
  • Gather feedback, insights, and data from pilots to inform iteration and improvement
  • Produce clear evaluation summaries and recommendations for scaling or adaptation
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to embed innovation across teams

What skills do I need?

  • Experience in programme design, innovation, or pilot/project development
