As an Activity Assistant, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting with social activity sessions that will be run within the community. We are currently looking for volunteers for Milward Court in Shoreham.
Main tasks:
- To attend agreed sessions and facilitate groups
- To support with any necessary planning and session admin
- To facilitate conversations within the group i.e., introducing people and keeping the conversation flowing
- To aid with carrying equipment or refreshments as needed
- To follow and implement AUKWSBH policies i.e.: Safeguarding, Confidentiality and Health & Safety.
- To liaise with the Brighton & Hove Coordinator and Development Manager on identifying any areas of development
- To promote AUKWSBH services and fundraising
- To act as an AUKWSBH Ambassador.

Practical Considerations
- This opportunity is located in Shoreham
- Volunteer will need to be available Tuesdays.
