Volunteer Vaccination Support Needed – Oxenhope Pharmacy

Oxenhope Pharmacy is running a community vaccination clinic and we’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help us deliver an efficient and welcoming service.

What you’ll do

- Assist with patient flow and queue management

- Help patients check in

- Provide general support to the vaccination team

- Offer reassurance and a friendly face to those attending

What we’re looking for

Good communication skills

A calm, helpful manner

Reliability and punctuality

No clinical experience required

When Our clinic sessions run regularly from October onwards, with flexible shifts available.

Organisation: Supporting patient flow, keeping queues orderly, and helping maintain a smooth process.

Teamwork: Working alongside pharmacy staff and other volunteers to keep the clinic running efficiently.

Ability to stay calm under pressure: Clinics can get busy, so a steady, composed approach is important.

Reliability: Turning up on time and completing agreed shifts is essential for clinic planning.

No clinical skills required: All medical tasks are handled by trained staff — volunteers support the non‑clinical side.
