We are seeking a competent individual who has a pleasant telephone manner and good IT skills to enhance our friendly team of volunteers at Disability First CIO. We have been established since 1992 and have been supporting clients with a range of overlapping services related to welfare benefits and disability lead issues. Our helpline receives calls from clients who are requesting help to complete a range of benefit forms. Full training will be given to the successful volunteer and full travel expenses will be paid
