Our volunteers usually work around 5 hours on a regular basis once a week, but this can be flexible.
The Planetarium is usually open during the day Monday to Friday during term-time for School, University and pre-booked group visits.
We are also open to the general public on most Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
During the School holidays we are open to the public in the afternoon or evening on certain days, but not every day. Occasionally we hold Observing Evenings on the South Downs, not more than six times per year.
